A charming cottage in a wonderfully peaceful location with absolutely breathtaking views over the Ecclesbourne valley.
Hidden in the hillside village of Kirk Ireton, this old stone barn has been lovingly restored into an attractive cottage for couples or friends to enjoy. With its gorgeous beamed ceilings overhanging the spacious lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and superb bedroom, this property really is a perfect base in which to return to after a long day exploring. Stoke up the fire and snuggle up on the comfy sofas, or take a glass of your choice into the garden.

This cottage was the best we have stayed in, spotlessly clean, fantastic views could imagine in the summer siting in the garden would be great, and relaxing, situated with easy reach of lots of places to visit, highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Derbyshire. The owners live next door & met us on arrive & were very welcoming. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated after our journey. The cottage met all our needs & more. Although the weather was a little unkind we found Topshill Cottage to be warm & cosy - we didn't even make use of the wood burner.
