This exceptional loft style, three-bedroom apartment (Third room is available for a £100 supplement, please specify on booking), spread over three floors, is situated on the second floor of Riverside Park, one of six luxury holiday apartments created within this attractively renovated building. The apartment, which has its own entrance, is in a peaceful and rejuvenating location, overlooking the lovely River Greta. It has the added benefit of being near the centre of the bustling, market town of Keswick and is a luxury holiday home for all seasons. Ideal for a family or two couples.

Riverside Park is perfectly placed to tour the wonderful Lakeland countryside by car or bus and is situated in walker’s paradise with some of the very best walking trails in the Lake District available from your doorstep. Keswick offers, specialist shops, excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs, museums with a difference, a renowned theatre, well-loved cinema and much more. Magical Derwentwater lies just a ten-minute walk from the centre of town.

Walk up the outside stairway onto your balcony and step into your hallway to discover an enchanting space, full of light and style. Sit and relax in your sumptuous lounge and admire the Smart TV, feature electric wall mounted fireplace and luxurious and impeccable décor around you. Go over to the dining table which sits by the state-of-the-art, fitted kitchen and think of lovely family evenings in this appealing space. The room also has stunning full height windows leading to a balcony, overlooking the river. You will find two beautifully presented and spacious bedrooms at this level: a double bedroom with king size bed, spectacular en-suite shower and its own balcony and a double bedroom with the use of a separate, beautiful bathroom. Climb the beautifully designed, open tread stairs to the exquisite mezzanine floor, boasting a sitting area that you will find difficult to leave. The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.

    .. the drain smell was awful, the kitchen bin dirty and broken. The beds are very hard. Seating also uncomfortable. The kitchen is looking dated some of the cooking pans unusable. Saying this, was our 4th stay because the location is amazing. Not sure we'll be back again though
