Dodd Wood is only 1.5 miles away and boasts a series of wonderful routes to the summit of Dodd Fell take in the amazing views if you decide to head to the top. Cat Bells is 5 miles away and you have magnificent Skiddaw on your doorstep, with Whinlatter Forest Park just 10 miles away too, where you can enjoy the mountain bike trails! Board a boat to cruise across Derwentwater and treat yourself to a meal at one of the local dog friendly pubs.
