Guests are generally pleased with Mews Studio Cottage 5, highlighting its cleanliness, comfortable amenities, and quiet location. The proximity to local pubs and walks is appreciated, and the property is deemed ideal for short stays. Some guests noted minor maintenance issues and the occasional lack of hot water, but these do not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
The property is frequently described as clean and well-maintained, with only a single mention of cobwebs. The overall impression is that cleanliness is a strong point for this holiday rental.
The location is consistently praised for its beauty, convenience, and the availability of walks and local amenities. It is considered one of the property's best features.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with mentions of a cosy atmosphere and good quality furniture. However, there are comments about a sagging mattress and the first night being cold, suggesting room for improvement.
Facilities are adequate, with a well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. Maintenance issues like a broken cupboard hinge, a non-working bedside light, and occasional hot water shortages have been noted, indicating some areas that could be enhanced.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Lovely situation. Unfortunately the weather was against us and we left early. Next time hopefully the weather will be kinder. When we return to the Lake District I hope we can rebook.
