Guests say

Loubi's Lakeside Lodge in Windermere receives high praise for its cleanliness, stunning lake views, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, cosy beds, and the added touch of children's toys and DVDs. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The lodge is consistently described as spotless and immaculate, with only a single mention of spiders which seems more a natural occurrence than a cleanliness issue.

The location is universally acclaimed for its quiet setting with outstanding views of the lake, proximity to Bowness, and ease of access to local attractions.

Guests find the lodge extremely comfortable, with plush bedding and sofas, and a warm, cosy atmosphere. A few minor suggestions for improvement do not detract from the overall comfort.

The lodge is well-equipped, though some guests mention the absence of a toaster, hairdryer, and bathroom bins. Maintenance issues like leaking showers and blocked guttering are noted but seem infrequent.

While guests are pleased with the provision of children's toys and DVDs, there is no mention of gifts, and therefore it cannot be determined if thoughtfulness in the form of gifts is a consistent practice.
