Ignite the impressive wood burning stove and nestle in to watch a film on the statement television with surround sound, Sky, SkySports, Netflix and Amazon. Much thought has been taken by the owners to make this house individual. Tthere are some wonderful statement pieces and conversation starters dotted about, making this a very unique but equally incredibly comfortable place to be. Off the main living area is a luxurious super king- size bedroom with plenty of storage. Also on this floor is a stylish cloakroom.

Situated on the ground floor are two further bedrooms; a master bedroom with super-king bed and opulent en-suite bathroom hosting large bath with shower over. The second bedroom features a king-size bed served by a separate shower room. Off the main hallway is a bijou west-facing fully-enclosed courtyard garden boasting small decked area with an L-shaped sofa. This is a fabulous place to stay, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Pack extra coffee beans for the machine. When you realise how good it is you’ll need the extras.

We have had a perfect stay in Pinchen House. It is much bigger than it appears on the photographs. The decor is just to our taste. A real home from home with everything you need. It is very clean and comfortable. We were pleased about the stairgates; these were helpful with our dog. Norfolk was very beautiful, just like The Cotswolds but with the added benefit of the coast, beaches and marshes.

Impressive interior and in a good location. It is bigger than it looks on the photographs. Comfortable beds and high-quality finishes.
