The weather was poor for our first couple of days so the comfy sofas, wifi and smart TV all performed and kept us happy. The owners have put alot of thought into the property and everything is finished to a high standard. They have even fitted a handrail to the stairs which was not on the web photos which pleased my wife no end. The property has so many original features that make it gorgeous but these are enhanced with all the mod cons to make it really livable. Thank you and we hope to be back in the future.

It was very well equipped with everything you would need, and was spotlessly clean. We used it as a base to visit places in the surrounding areas. Cromer was only 50 minutes away with Holt as a nice stopover for coffee and cake.

Ideal base for travelling throughout Norfolk. Masses of information for places to visit provided by owners if you’re not sure where to go. Would definitely return if and when we come back to Norfolk.
