Family cottage, Hen Barn is tucked away in North Norfolk and set amongst some of county’s most stunning countryside. It’s also nearby to fantastic beaches such as Sheringham, West Runton and East Runton as well as the popular Georgian market town of Holt.
Accommodating up to 6 guests (with additional trundle bed), Hen Barn is a beautiful 3-bedroom barn conversion, offering a huge open plan living space and mezzanine floor, all set within its own private garden.

Hen Barn offers stylish, open plan living, with a large garden in the peaceful countryside of North Norfolk. The first floor of the cottage is a fantastic space for families looking to spend time together, with the huge open-plan space offering a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table with enough seats for maximum occupancy.
Multiple seating areas are available across the ground floor, with a flat screen television with Freeview. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery, and cutlery for all your cooking needs.
The converted barn has been carefully renovated, with tasteful decoration and furnishings leaving little to be desired. Colourful décor is present throughout the cottage, with an array of artwork on display created by the owner and various local artists!
A wooden staircase leads up the mezzanine floor, which is perched above the main living area, enclosed by balustrades. The first floor offers 2 double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a corner bath (that can optionally open into the first double bedroom to function as an en-suite if preferred). On the ground floor there's a twin bedroom offering 2 small single beds. It features its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
This terrific countryside cottage is idyllically secluded, previously it was a part of the Felbrigg Estate. Hen Barn makes for perfect family and pet-friendly holidaying on the North Norfolk coast!

We had a wonderful stay at Hen Barn near Gresham. The property is incredibly private and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The barn is well-equipped with everything you might need, including three generously sized bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen, diner, and sitting room. The location is perfect, with easy access to a majority of the nearby beaches and attractions

It’s our second stay at Hen Barn. This time over Christmas. A great place to be with a small group. There’s a space for everyone to sit back and relax. The coast is close. It’s a peaceful spot.

The place was very well laid out and the garden was great for our dog (and us). The place was comfortably big enough for 2 adults, 4 kids and a dog. It was very quiet and peaceful and in a lovely private location.
