Nightfold Cottage is nestled on the edge of Alnwick town and offers a cosy and contemporary base for explorers of the Northumberland coastline. This property sleeps up to two guests in a king-size bedroom with a family bathroom. This property also offers flexible sleeping arrangements whereby two guests can sleep separately if required. The additional bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, just off the lounge.

Nightfold Cottage is a stunning barn conversion nestled in a small cluster on the edge of Alnwick town in the heart of Northumberland. Alnwick is most famous for attractions such as Barter Books, The Treehouse Restaurant, Alnwick Castle and Garden which are all within walking distance, as is the nearest pub. This cottage can sleep up to two guests with the option for flexible sleeping arrangements, allowing two guests to sleep separately if required.
With a large, enclosed, south west facing garden, it is the perfect spot to catch the evening sunshine after a long day exploring all that Northumberland has to offer. Nightfold Cottage is single storey with no stairs, although the only exception to this is the additional mezzanine bedroom, which is optional to use.
This peaceful holiday cottage for two is a pet-free property, with free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and private parking for two cars.

Another wonderful stay at Nightfold, and we hope we will be able to return again next year. We loved the countryside and the coastal walks in this part of Northumberland as it is a joy to explore. We also found The Cook and Barker Inn at Newton on the Moor, a few miles south, which was exceptional. Thank you for the lovely welcome pack, the way Nighfold is presented in such a cosy way, and for helping to make our week in Northumberland so special.

Sharon and Gary you have a “gem” of a cottage in Nightfold. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in your wonderful home. Just perfect with lots of personal touches including the welcome basket. We managed to pack lots into our 7 days, Barter Books and Lindisfarne where we took lots of photos. Beautiful white sands over The Dunes, Alnwick Gardens, and tea overlooking the grand cascade – worth a visit. Recommend The Strawberry Lounge in Alnwick for lovely tea and Scones.
