Access to garden prohibited by locked door and tied up gates, fortunately weather was poor so not needed.Lack of a visitors book which would of been nice to see advice from past residents on places to eat etc.Internet connection, no codes left, fortunately I have BT Com so knew where to look. Slept really well bed very comfortable. Unfortunately first 2 nights was very cold, no instructions on how to turn on central heating, otherwise really enjoyed our stay, thankyou.

Whilst the welcome pack goodies including a bottle of wine were welcome, milk, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated.

We know time is limited on changeover days but we felt the property could do with a good deep clean. The Crown (and yes it is only a minute walk away) is not to be missed serving some of the best pub grub we have come across.
