A three bedroom property, the first bedroom a super king size bedroom with super king size bed, a further double bedroom with double bed and finally a king size bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.  A put up bed can accommodate a 7th person, this can fit into any of the bedrooms.

A traditional luxurious property with stunning views of the Peak District which can be enjoyed both from the upstairs and downstairs windows. This cottage is part of the original Farmhouse, the focus of which is a beautiful solid oak staircase in the middle of the property.

Entrance to this property is into a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob and fridge/freezer. A doorway leads through to a spacious dining room with fantastic beams and an oak dining table. The dining room also has the added luxury of a log burner and comfy sofa and armchair.

Through the impressive hallway, there is a delightful sitting room with three comfy sofas. Another log burner and large flat screen television/ DVD player and Hi Fi with iPod dock as well as a selection of games and DVD's finishes off the excellent facilities in this room.

Upstairs, the bedrooms continue to add to this impressive property. With their own individual character and luxury furniture, the first bedroom is a stunning bridal/honeymoon suite with a super king size bed with oak furniture and a comfy sofa to make the most of the impressive views. Next to this bedroom is a further double room with mahogany furniture, both these rooms share a luxuriously spacious bathroom with shower over bath. Across the hallway another bedroom, with oak furniture, enjoys its own ensuite shower room, both bathrooms with toiletries and big white fluffy towels.

Parking for this cottage is right next to this property. This cottage opens out onto the garden area with plenty of seating areas to choose from as well as a spacious meadow area.

There is a great selection of country pubs/ restaurants a short drive away. Information on these together with attractions and activities in the local area are all provided in the cottage.

If you're looking for an outdoor break, you've found the right place - in addition to endless walking and cycle trails there are lots of activities nearby which range from Horseriding to high ropes courses. We welcome well behaved dogs, there is a £30 charge per pet (maximum of 2 per cottage). Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or upstairs. They must not be left unattended without a crate inside the cottage and need to be kept under control at all times whilst outdoors.

Prices in this cottage range from £795 to £1025 for week breaks, £520 - £890 for weekend breaks (2 nights Friday to Sunday or 3 nights Friday to Monday) and £575 - £715 for midweek breaks (Monday to Friday).
