Rabbit's Warren is a luxury, contemporary cottage set on the grounds of Abshot Manor and Country Club. Once inside you notice the open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen as well as a comfy sofa in front of a woodburner in the sitting area, making this an ideal place to sit and relax. The sumptuous bedroom has Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom. The bi-folding doors lead to a nicely presented lawned area with its own picnic bench to enjoy. Titchfield Common is one of several Southern Hampshire residential areas, close to both Southampton Water and Portsmouth Harbour. Titchfield village itself is located on the chalk streamed River Meon and is well known for its charming, historic centre, the imposing ruins of the Abbey and Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve. Nearby Hill Head and Meon Shore offer views out over Southampton Water towards The Isle Of Wight.

Rabbits Warren is so thoughtfully set out for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very welcome milk, tea and coffee. Well supplied with towels etc. Comfortable bedding and sofa. Warm and light. Well supplied kitchen. Helpful owner too. So relaxing. We enjoy the area and of course the Naval Dockyard with the Mary Rose, New Forest, Brickworks Museum, Titchfield Haven nature reserve and many others.

WiFi worked well and plenty of programmes on the TV including NETFLIX. Useful to have a dishwasher and washing machine, both of which we used.
