The living, cooking and eating area is small but adequate and the kitchen is well equipped, although could do with a container for bread and biscuits. It is clean and well maintained, with good solid walls, so it is very quiet at night. Great if you want to be near unspoilt countryside for walking and cycling. Beautiful birds and walks in the area.

So many positives about this little gem out in the Cornish countryside. 30 seconds out of the front door and you're stood on a little bridge overlooking a beautiful stream. Nature and wildlife surrounding you without a steady stream of traffic. Lots of great walks and a short drive into Bodmin or Padstow. The Granary is nestled in a valley so you feel very secluded and peaceful. We've loved every second! The house itself was brilliant and had everything we needed. Steve was on hand to help at any point and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely recommend this as a bolthole away from daily life - we'd love to come back!
