Lying at the heart of a former mining community is the charming Cornish town of Camborne. Known for its “Queen of Cornish Mines" - the Dolcoath copper and tin mine, the town is steeped in history and known today as for being a delightful community with 19 acres of space and scattered remnants of the mining industry being present for visitors and locals to enjoy and learn about Cornwall's heritage. There are plenty of craft projects, gardens and eateries within the area to explore also.
