Near the settlement, there are many safe, sandy beaches with a variety of watersports and recreational activities. A fifteen-minute walk or five-minute drive from the town is Par, a tiny china clay port with a dog-friendly sandy beach and a major line railway station.

Kayaking from the property was a delight and bird-watching during low tide was fun - the house binoculars were very helpful. The Quooker took some getting used to but is great for a quick cuppa. Thank you for an enjoyable week

The owners have gone above and beyond, everything is high end. The property is well equipped with alot of thought put into everything. The property was immaculate when we arrived with a lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated . We can recommend this property highly enough
