An individually-styled, penthouse apartment accessed via several flights of stairs but with astounding sea views once you get there. This apartment is located in one of the best locations in Fowey - a delightful harbourside town on the south Cornish coast - and very close to the local beach at Readymoney Cove and the South West Coast Path. Once in the apartment you'll find it all on one level with spacious rooms and a beautifully presented interior. The master bedroom has its own en suite shower area and a cosy reading nook looking out to sea. A single bedroom at the rear of the building offers extra space for two friends holidaying together and a second bathroom with luxury bath, basin and heated towel rail provides alternative bathing options. A bright, light and spacious open-plan living area is sociable and relaxing with beautiful decor and a huge soft velvet sofa. Outside there is a small balcony where you can savour the views as you dine al-fresco.

We stayed in No 8 St Catherine’s Court for a week in October. Wow, what a fabulous place with the most amazing views! The apartment was first class, spacious and had everything you could wish for. The stairs weren’t too bad either and worked off some of the calories from the lovely meals and cream teas we had in Fowey. Would highly recommend this property.

Without doubt the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated. What can I say about the view except that it was exceptional, to sit on the balcony with either a cup of tea or, better still, a glass of wine, looking across the harbour to Polruan was the perfect way to end the day.

A lovely warm comfortable apartment with amazing views of Fowey harbour and out to sea. There are about 60 steps leading up to apartment but we did soon get used to the climb and the view more than compensated for it.
