Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the thoughtful welcome gifts, although some noted the property is smaller than expected. The property is well-equipped, but suggestions for minor improvements and maintenance were mentioned.

Most guests found the property clean and comfortable. However, one review mentioned a dusty sofa and floor, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for being quiet, remote yet within walking distance to amenities, and very close to the coastal path, making it perfect for exploring the Lizard peninsula.

The majority of guests found the property comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and sofa. However, there were comments about a low bed and sofa, hard pillows, and one negative remark about an uncomfortable mattress.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-thought-out space and efficient water heating system. Some guests suggested the addition of items like an ironing board and oven gloves, and there were minor issues with maintenance such as a non-working extractor.

Guests were touched by the welcome gifts and the housekeeper's personal assistance. It's important to note that while these gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

That said, it is really well thought out in terms of how the space has been used. The sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to the coastal path, but also just a couple of minutes walk into Lizard. The lane on which it is located is very quiet. We loved our week staying here and have marked it as a favourite if we want to stay at Lizard again.

A very well thought out little place. We were initially a bit concerned regarding a review we read about the mattress being uncomfortable! We were happy we slept soundly. It’s a very small place but it is mentioned in the information. We were prepared to practically live out of our suitcase. ❤️❤️

The description of "courtyard garden" for us was a stretch to far. It truth it is just the entrance to the property, and with the gate closed no view at all. The bedroom was so small there was not even room to store clothing apart from on the wals. Bathroom tiny with no window and extractor did nor work. Curtains very poor. Water stained and needed changing. On a positive short walk to coast path & village, but not worth the money, & owner very helpful in getting the cooker to work Soory to be negative, but these are our thoughts
