The Salt House in Newquay receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location close to town and beaches. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and thoughtful touches like welcome gifts, contributing to a delightful stay despite some minor maintenance issues and street noise.
Guests consistently note the property as clean and tidy, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage.
The property's proximity to local amenities, beaches, and the town centre is frequently commended, although one mention of street noise slightly impacts the perfect score.
Reviews highlight comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere, suggesting a very comfortable stay for guests.
The property is described as well-equipped and beautifully presented, with ample parking. A few comments about the need for additional seating and minor maintenance prevent a higher score.
Guests are delighted by welcome gifts such as scones, jam, clotted cream, and prosecco. It's important to note that while these gifts are greatly appreciated, they are a kind gesture and may not be provided for every stay.

Lovely house great location we enjoyed every minute of our stay would highly recommend and will be booking again on the future Thankyou
Emma
We had a welcome pack of Scones, cream and Jam There were a couple of walls that needed maintenance and could have done with a couple of more seats around the kitchen table (just got 10 adults around the table however was tight) however this did not spoilt our holiday. There was parking for two cars and plenty of seats in the reception room. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Great location for walking into town and going to the local beaches. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

It was cozy, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is good being a short walk to the town and Fistral Beach. We would definitely come back to the Salt House when we return to Cornwall.
