The bedrooms, a double, and a super-king-size which can also be made up as two singles if discussed in advance, are at ground-floor level, together with a family wet room and en-suite bathroom. The living space, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a vaulted ceiling, is on the first floor. Here, a glass gable end captures the views out over the leafy surroundings and offers access to a private balcony. The kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, has everything you need to help you cater for your party with your own ingredients. There is also a comfortable lounge space, where you can recline and watch TV or read your books. Sit out on your private balcony on sunny days or wander over to the shared patio to BBQ supper out in the fresh air.

Discover plenty of activities in the area to suit those with and without four-legged friends. Follow the 3.5-mile Pentewan Trail along an old railway line and down to the coast. The South West Coast Path is also a great place to stretch your legs. Those without canine companions might enjoy days on the beach at Porthpean, 2 miles away, or Pentewan, 3 miles away.
