Guests consistently praise the apartment for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and stunning views of Carbis Bay and St. Ives. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces make for an enjoyable stay. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many guests eager to return.
The property is frequently described as clean and well-maintained, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.
The location is highly praised for its fabulous views and proximity to local attractions, with the added bonus of wildlife sightings. The steep walk to the beach is noted, but the availability of a train to nearby beaches mitigates this concern.
The property is regarded as very comfortable, with a good-sized lounge, great bedrooms, and bathrooms. The comfort is slightly impacted by weather-related issues, but this does not significantly detract from the overall experience.
The apartment is well-equipped and clean, but some small damp patches and a 'tired' shared porch area suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

The views are magnificent and Carbis bay beach is stunning. Just be warned itâs a steep walk down and back up to the beach but the train can take you in 5 mins to the more accessible Porthminster beach in St ives. Equally stunning. Just a few steps there!
