Brynmaur Cottage in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, is highly praised for its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and peaceful yet convenient location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped, comfortable, and homely feel, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and welcoming touches such as local treats. The property is dog-friendly, with an enclosed garden and thoughtful provisions for canine companions.
The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with many guests highlighting the immaculate presentation. One minor issue with damp towels and a mouldy bathroom seal was mentioned, but these appear to be isolated incidents that did not significantly impact the overall experience.
The location is highly regarded for its proximity to beaches, eateries, and local amenities, with the added benefit of stunning sea views. The ease of access to nearby towns and attractions, as well as the peaceful setting, contribute to its high rating.
Guests find the property comfortable, particularly praising the quality of the beds and the cosy atmosphere. There is a single mention of a less comfortable sofa, but overall, the comfort of the property is well-received.
The facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as a leaky shower and a slippery patio when wet. The addition of a carport and EV charging is appreciated, although there was a comment about the carport height.
While many reviews mention thoughtful touches, such as welcome packages and dog biscuits, there is not enough information to determine if these are consistent offerings or occasional gestures. Therefore, it is politely noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed and the score is set to null.

We had a lovley time exploring Carbis Bay, St Ives, Hayle Beach, Godrevy Beach and we saw the seals at the Cove. Our 8 month old Labrador has had a great time. We have booked for next year! - Guest book review.
The Hall Family
My little boy has loved it. It was also so reassuring to know that our dog Roxie could be in an enclosed garden- that was such a big thing for us. Thank you for letting us stay. - Guest book review.

A chair would be nice in the hall to be able to sit when putting shoes or boots on. Beds are lovely and comfortable the kitchen is excellent. The patio was slippy when it had rained. The car port was great and easy to park in. It was a lovely place to stay and we had a lovely time staying there thank you.
