For the past 12 years, One Atlantic Watch has continually won Visit England's Five Star Gold Award, the highest accolade in British tourism. This is because of its distinctive combination of casual elegance and beachside refinement.

Thanks to its tastefully chosen furniture, this opulent retreat is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather together in elegance. Just a short stroll from the picture-perfect Carbis Bay beach, a gorgeous seaward-facing terrace is home to a bubbling sunken hot tub, eating seats, and a stylish Peloton gym.

The highlight of this gorgeous home is the boutique bathroom. With excellent mood lighting throughout, it gives a private spa experience and is seductively dark and dramatic. A sizable slipper bath for two is also available. The perfect romantic getaway for a special occasion is this enchanting hideaway. You can unwind and fall asleep in style thanks to a Bluetooth music system, White Company bed linens and lovely bedrooms with feather-soft carpets. Your stay also includes a state-of-the-art Dyson hair dryer, fluffy robes, disposable slippers, and hot tub towels. The second bedroom is very charming and recalls an under the sea theme with its fish-themed blue decor and a variety of Jellycat marine animals gracing the plush zip-link twin beds, which can be converted to a super-king-size if necessary.

The building's innovative reverse-level construction bathes it in the famed St. Ives light and offers a magnificent double-aspect living space with captivating views of Godrevy lighthouse and beyond on the first floor. Pop a few corks and enjoy the sunset on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the bay as the sun begins to set.

A wonderful velvet Loaf sofa is surrounded by a plethora of soft pillows and blankets, a lovely sophisticated glass fireplace, and a 55-inch Samsung Frame television with the entire Sky and Netflix package. Gather the family for some board games or a movie night in front of the fire after taking a quick stroll along the nearby seaside path.

Everything you might possibly need to create culinary wonders is provided in the gorgeous, stylish kitchen and dining room, and a large peninsula bar enables everyone to keep the chef company. It's a stylish setting for networking.

Le Creuset cookware, a cutting-edge bean-to-cup coffee maker, a wine cooler, and an American-style fridge/freezer are also included as standard features in this exquisite home. Bifold doors silently close, exposing the spectacular breakfast bar with sunlight and showing the terrace beyond while you take in your morning coffee and pastries. The magnificent plants sway in the warm breeze, making it the perfect setting for a summertime barbecue.

The brand-new Peloton "Gym by the Sea" at One Atlantic Watch is an exquisite location that provides guests with a chic dedicated workout area. It has spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean and is located in a separate building. This home's finishing touches, which include opulent cushions, linens, and sheepskins, have been carefully chosen whilst a big welcome basket stocked with free Cornish goodies and tasteful John Grieg artwork complete this stunning base.

The seaside community of Carbis Bay is well renowned for its magnificent stretch of pure white sand, which is only a short drive from iconic St Ives. The beach feels almost subtropical, with turquoise waters and protected conditions, and is ideal for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The Ocean Sports Centre is located on the beach, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and venture out on the ocean instead. Alternatively, why not book a Spa day at the charming hotel that overlooks the beach and has a great patio where you can sip cocktails while basking in the Cornish sunshine? The apartment was just what we needed and we loved being a stone's throw from the footpath down to the beach while also having the fantastic view from the apartment, whether it was sunny or raining. It was smaller than we expected based on the photos but adequate space for our needs and the facilities were quite mind-blowing. I especially loved the hot chocolate maker! The only thing that slightly spoiled it was the attitude of the people who arrived to clean as we were leaving. We made a big effort to leave it looking perfect for you and as a result it might have been as late as 10:02 by the time we were ready to lock the door behind us. I understand checkout is 10:00 but 2 minutes really isn't so much that they should have been surly and unpleasant with us, particularly when all the locals we had met up to that point were laid back and friendly. It was a pity to leave that taste in our mouths at the end of what was otherwise a beautiful holiday.
