The downstairs is spacious enough, and the 3 kids actually loved being in one room together. The patio was big enough to enjoy some meals out together, and the rural setting is idyllic. There was a super helpful guide to local beaches in the property - suggestion would be to add something on local dog walks, as we didn't see any footpaths despite the lovely countryside setting.

... shame about the inconsiderate neighbours. The people in Hayloft played football with their children against the bedroom wall upstairs at 6.45am for 3 mornings and the nightmare family opposite behind the tall lelandii hedge screamed and shouted and played loud music until past midnight so we didn't sleep well or relax much. Maybe it's quieter during term time? The bathroom needs urgent attention, under the paint the wood around the bath and pipe boxing is rotten and stained. We were picking small fungi off the skirting board by the toilet. Needs a decent king size double bed, and one of the single mattresses needs replacing. Oven is complicated to operate and we only found the manual by accident, some one had hidden it behind a saucepan! The site manager needs to paint the yellow car park spaces again so 4 cars can get onto the concrete in wet weather please.

Defects reported previously not fixed, could not get cooler or hob to work, even after looking at instructions. Expensive as had to eat out all the time. Luckily we were only there for one week.
