Take time to enjoy family meals indoors, then adjourn to the living area with its wonderful garden views, the perfect place to unwind around the woodburning stove after an energetic day on the North Cornwall coast. Throw open the sliding doors that look out over open farmland, to access the tiered garden and the sheltered patio area and lawn; The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with patio doors out to the garden. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

It feels like a luxurious home from home and we have been lucky enough to have stayed several times. Only slight feedback is the comfort of the king size bed and the sofas (which I appreciate is subjective). However it would be fantastic if there were some garden loungers and possibly a gate on the side access.

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a beautiful private garden at the back. The house is spotless, well arranged and contains everything you could need for a lovely relaxing holiday.
