Guests have had delightful stays at this well-maintained and cosy cottage in Cornwall, praising its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and convenient location for exploring the area. While some minor suggestions for additional kitchen utensils and more powerful showers were made, the overall experience was highly recommended for both small and large parties.
Reviewers consistently mentioned the property being very clean and fresh, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributed positively to their stay.
The property's location is appreciated for its centrality to beaches and sightseeing spots in Cornwall, though some guests noted difficulty in finding the property initially.
Comfort was generally praised, especially the size of the living areas and bedrooms. However, some guests mentioned the beds being smaller than expected and the showers lacking power.
The property is well-equipped, but guests suggested the addition of a few more kitchen items and mentioned issues with shower temperature and power. The presence of a large TV and ample fridge freezer space were positives.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the provision of fresh eggs, which does not provide enough information to assess the level of thoughtfulness as per the criteria.

Excellent location for exploring Cornwall. Felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but was less than 5 minutes drive to M & S and Starbucks. The beds were small doubles and had some noticeable springs. We could spread out but it would be a squash for 8.

The decor was lovely and had a fresh feeling to it. Great layout for young children as it's all on one floor. The garden looks bigger than it is on the photos but it's big enough. The property was quite hard to find initially - you need to put the full address in the sat nav, not just the postcode! All in all a great place to stay, good value for money considering it was half term too. Would stay again.

I followed what other guests recommended bringing so brought bath mats and hand towels, grater and extra dish clothes. One can always do with extra glasses, plates and cutlery. I took my own glasses, extra plates and cutlery.
