Parking a bonus too. Plenty of room for 3 adults, sofas & beds comfy. Garden is a real sun trap. We were lucky to have a sunny mostly dry week and made the most of being outdoors.

It's a mere stone's throw from Polzeath Beach, the local Spar, an ice cream shop and bakery amongst others. The cottage had everything we needed except for a washing machine and hairdryer. There is a designated car parking next to the house.

However damp smell in children’s bedroom was terrible so we could not use it.
