Steps and a gently sloping pathway lead up to the property through delightful Mediterranean style front terraced gardens; a spacious lower terrace offers wonderful sea views. A large open plan living space and two attractive bedrooms make this an ideal property for both couples or families.

Palms 1 is a beautiful property with a lovely Mediterranean type garden. Sitting in the garden is like being a little oasis. Parking is available on site. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable - the view from the front is stunning. No hesitation in recommending this property and would definitely stay here again. Just one thing to note the house is in an elevated position with steps and slope up to get to it. Woolacombe shops are a 10 minute walk away - downhill to get to them but upward slope coming back so may not suit anyone with a disability or poor health condition.

Where do we start? The moment we walked in it was warm, spotless, and of such a high standard we were blown away. There was cake, biscuits and a bag of treats for our dog. More kitchen cupboards than we have at home crammed with every conceivable thing you could possibly need. The decor and furnishings were perfect and guide notes on how to use every piece of equipment if needed. Parking easy. Views from the garden and windows stunning. So quiet, no traffic noise and very relaxing and peaceful. We've stayed in some very impressive properties and also a few mediocre ones but Palms 1 just pips them all. Thank you so much we had a brilliant week.

This was our 7th stay at Palms 1 since 2017. It was as comfortable and functional as ever. The welcoming treats were appreciated, as always. The location is fantastic and the garden and outlook are spectacular, especially if you are seeking a beach holiday (and if you have a dog!). It also has parking for 2 or more cars which is a bonus in Woolacombe. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Chris and his dad, Roy, live next door and Sarah, who runs the 'operation' has always been very approachable and welcoming. We hope to go back again next year!
