Good size house with magnificent views over the river and to Kingswear. Lovely having seating outside of snd evening watching the world go by with a G&T in hand. The walk up to the house from town is very steep either via steps or toad so not for the faint hearted. We took the ferry everywhere which was lovely

Wonderful location with stunning views and close to all of the town centre facilities and bus stops. Very comfortable cottage. You need to be prepared for a lot of climbing steps and hills to get up to the house on foot. As I know Dartmouth reasonably well I was expecting that.
