Nestled in a wonderful position in the heart of Salcombe, is this delightful, ground-floor apartment, Flat 1 Church Hill House. Presented to a modern standard, this homely abode is a great base for families and friends, with a number of shops, pubs and restaurants accessible in a short walk. Discover the open-plan living space, appointed with all the necessities for a short break, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so there’s plenty on hand to assist with home-cooking. After a cosy meal, make yourself comfortable on the corner sofa, discussing the remaining holiday plans or catching up on your favourite shows. As night calls, retire to either of the bedrooms to catch some peaceful rest, including a king-size, bunk and single, each room presented in restful neutral tones and serviced by a modern bathroom. To the outside is a very small sitting area with furniture, perfect for an evening drink as you reflect on the day’s events. Salcombe is a superb holiday destination, offering a host of attractions for water lovers, foodies and shoppers alike. Create your own brand of Salcombe Gin at the Island Street distillery or sample Salcombe’s own chocolate.
