The kitchen has wooden units and rainbow feature tiling with a dining area seating six people, a lovely spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and a dresser packed with popular board games to play afterwards. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room plus separate WC and wash basin. You can walk to the River Dart from the cottage, with two riverside pubs within walking distance and wonderful river and country walks on your doorstep. Beaches at Slapton and Blackpool Sands are a short drive away and Woodlands Park provides fun for all the family whatever the weather. The nearby historic towns of Dartmouth and Totnes offer plenty to do with Dartmouth Castle being an interesting place to visit, as well as boat trips, shops and cafes to enjoy.
