Swathed in a palette of cosy reds and adorned with soft whites, this family-orientated holiday home houses up to 8 guests, ready to escape the hubbub of everyday life.

The Entrance

As with all family holidays, there’s always an abundance of outdoor gear in preparation for the spontaneous Great British weather – luckily, Garden House boasts a large enclosed porch with plenty of storage for coats and wellies. There’s also plenty of private parking for easy unpacking.

Cooking, Dining & Other Essentials

With open-plan living throughout, the well-equipped kitchen forms the focal point of the main living area and is perfectly set up for catering for larger groups. Gather around the large island for morning coffee before settling down at the refectory-style dining table for laid-back brunches and family dinners. The arched kitchen window affords amazing views over the sweeping grounds and tennis court. A self-catering dream, the kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, integrated oven and hob, plus a plethora of modern amenities including a Dualit toaster and kettle – ideal for the British staple of tea and toast!

Living

The beauty of Garden House is the mountain of space that guests can enjoy to spread out in, ensuring even your favourite family members don’t get on top of each other! The vaulted roof in the main living space allows for light to pour into the room, emphasising the hypnotic log-burning fire and brightly-coloured sofas and armchairs. There is a flat-screen TV for movie nights and plenty of room for all to snuggle up, plus underfloor heating for when you pad to microwave for freshly-popped popcorn!

Bedroom One – Super-king bedroom with contemporary en-suite shower room and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Three – Smaller twin room with two single beds.

Bedroom Four – Perfect for young explorers, this smaller room with L-shaped bunks is suitable for under 12’s only.

Stepping Outside

From the living space, French doors open up onto the private terrace where we heartily encourage bird-spotting and al-fresco feasts in the sun. There is an abundance of wooden outdoor furniture to seat all, plus a built-in BBQ to enjoy. Steps leads to a secret sun-deck, complete with Adirondack style bear chair loungers (perfect for a quick snooze or in-depth chat). There is also a private pathway to the indoor pool via gently sloping steps.
