Owners very helpful. Parking is on the road as advised , and only on arrival did we judge it wrong after that there was no issues . We didn’t want to impede on residents spaces so parked further up the hill to allow passing traffic. Neighbours very friendly and everyone passed the time if day . There is a book that advises if different places to go to which was helpful. It’s in a beautiful location , Teignmouth is lovely , we ventured out everywhere but always at the end if the day ended back in Teignmouth for a walk along the sea front and of course the obligatory ice cream. We would return as there is still more to see and do

If you are looking to be a little more adventurous, the property provides a clean, well maintained base with a home from home feeling for travelling further afield, such as St.Ive’s, Lands End and Saint Michael’s Mount. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of three, including a teenager and would thoroughly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay for a small family who enjoy a country lifestyle within easy access to the beach. This property is a real credit to it’s owners.
