With off-road parking and pet-friendly, 54 Henrys Way is perfect for a family and their four-legged friend. Be welcomed into this fantastic property by the tasteful contemporary exterior, finding your way into a wonderful dining/sitting room where leather sofas encourage you to lounge, planning the day ahead of you, and a central dining table makes a great spot for lunch, and note here there is access to the rear garden via French windows that open up onto a fantastic decking area. Cook up a storm in the amply fitted kitchen, with white furniture, grey work surface and tiles and an inviting feel, creating a space perfect for family cooking. After a day at the beach, shake the sand from your hair with a refreshing shower before making yourself cosy in one of the three bedrooms available, beginning with a double room with a full-length opening window to a balcony, a twin room situated on the second floor with a homely feel and a bunk room perfect for children. Outside, the wonderful garden awaits, greeting you with a fantastic, raised decking area where you will be able to gaze across the surrounding scenery of the town whilst enjoying a hot chocolate, or there is a small lawn with shrubs where your four-legged family member can play.
The surrounding area of Lyme Regis is one bursting with activities to fill your days, beginning with the sheer number of wonderful eateries available for you to enjoy a family meal. Great to have so much space with 3 bedrooms and the top floor having its own bathroom. Getting a little tired in places with bits of decor, scratched leather settee and slight dog smell. The first floor bathroom shower head could do with a replacement as very weak. The house was in a quiet area, within easy reach of Lyme to walk in and out different ways with good views of the sea. Well equipped with everything you needed and it was in a good place to further explore the surrounding area. Thank you.

Interior is not very modern and feels dated. Feels like you only get away with the high cost to stay because of how nice Lyme is and not because if your Property.
