Guests say

The Royal Quarters in Weymouth is a well-appointed apartment with stunning sea views and tasteful decor reflecting the coastal location. Guests appreciate the high-quality finish, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the fully resourced kitchen. Despite some minor issues with noise, parking, and Wi-Fi, the property's prime location and overall charm make it a desirable stay for families and visitors to the area.

The apartment is generally found to be clean and spacious. However, there are mentions of dust in some cupboards and wardrobes, and a damp patch on the kitchen ceiling, suggesting room for improvement in thoroughness.

The location is highly praised for its central position overlooking the beach, with easy access to shops and amenities. The views are particularly appreciated, although parking can be challenging.

The apartment offers cosy sofas, generous furniture, and comfortable beds. Some guests noted issues with shower screens leading to water spillage, which slightly detracts from the overall comfort.

The facilities are generally well-received, with a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living spaces. However, there are comments about Wi-Fi connectivity issues, an intercom that occasionally malfunctions, and the need for a longer shower screen.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

We stayed for the Ironman Weymouth 70.3 event and it was a perfect location. The only downsides were music from local pubs was slightly audible from the flat - but nothing we couldn't sleep through! Also, if you are looking to do the Ironman, there are 3 sets of stairs to take your bike up/down but is worth it for the lovely flat in the perfect location.

Wifi not good. Majority of the time it kept dropping out. Several cupboards and wardrobes were full of dust so had to be cleaned before use. Intercom played up and wouldn't release door from the apartment several times. Ceiling in the kitchen had damp patch. Good supply of kitchen equipment. Beds comfy. We would use the apartment again if on a lower floor as we found it tricky physically being on the third floor.

Fair enough to leave it so the cleaner can clean but I think it's asking too much to have to empty the bins also, particularly when there are so many flights of stairs in this property and having to lug our luggage up and down the stairs.
