Be prepared for the route to the cottage along single tarmac country lanes. For solitude and peace it's amazing. Beautiful hillside views and gorgeous horses in the stables. The cottage offered all equipment required for a comfortable and warm holiday.

A steep, narrow lane led us to The Granary which is on a well-kept farm. The setting is just beautiful. Birdsong and the sound of horses being the only noise. Instantly relaxing. The setting is just beautiful. Birdsong and the sound of horses being the only noise. Instantly relaxing. The cottage has everything you would need for a break and is really well thought out. Parking is easy with a designated area just away from the cottage. The owner kindly checked in to say we could contact her if we had any issues which we appreciated, but we had no need to and didn't see anyone else for the rest of our stay. We had such a lovely weekend visiting old haunts; Horner woods, Dunster, Minehead and Dulverton. All easily accessible. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The accommodation was perfect , we couldn't fault it and the host very friendly . The location was easy to find and easily accessible to the major routes through Exmoor. We would make a return visit.
