The bathroom, which can also be found on the second floor, has a shower over bath, WC. Along this hallway, you can find the washing machine and tumble dryer in useful cupboard. A further set of stairs leads to the roof garden on the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a wonderful roof garden, laid with astroturf, which offers unrivalled views across the bay, and as far as Exmouth. There is garden furniture provided here, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco meals and drinks.
