Generally really nice and good location. The only thing that let it down was one of the sofa's was in a poor condition. Maybe I'm just being picky but on the whole really enjoyed it.

Nice sea views and great location. Comfortable and warm. Nicely decorated with a nautical theme. Good parking Close to local walks Two improvements needed We didn't realise at first as the sofa was covered by a lovely throw, however the leather sofa was all ripped and put me off sitting on it. In my experience these types of rips can harbour pathogens which can cause infections! The bathroom is like a wet room and if you need to use the basin or toilet your feet will get wet especially if someone has just had a shower.

However, it is unfair to say that WiFi is included as we could not get it to work at the clubhouse where it was available. Also, there was a very strong damp smell when we entered the property. Overall, we had a lovely break but the steep walk down to Fishcombe Cove was very challenging.
