Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Guests have found the cottage in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales to be a comfortable and well-maintained property, with a warm and clean environment upon arrival. The location is appreciated for its quietness and convenience to major roads and towns. Some minor issues with facilities and maintenance have been noted.

Cleanliness

The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, with guests noting it as clean and well-presented. However, there was a mention of an unhygienic shower curtain, slightly lowering the score.

Location

The location is described as quiet and convenient, close to the M6 and nearby towns. The low hum of the motorway does not disturb the indoor environment, indicating a positive reception of the location.

Comfort

The house is considered comfortable and warm, although there were issues with heating on Christmas Day and a lack of cutlery for the number of guests the property advertises to accommodate.

Facilities

Facilities are generally good, but there are several mentions of inadequate cutlery, the need for saucepan replacement, and non-functioning radiators. These issues suggest room for improvement in this area.

In the Warwickshire borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth is the market town of Bedworth. It is located 3 miles from Nuneaton and 6 miles from Coventry. There are some of the best transportation connections in the nation in this town in Northern Warwickshire, including direct routes to London, Birmingham, and Coventry. Despite continuing to be regarded by many as a former coal mining region, Coventry and North Warwickshire played a significant role in the 19th century silk ribbon weaving industry. Today, the town's high street features a variety of independent stores and restaurants. The surrounding city of Coventry offers a variety of things for a family of all ages and interests, including music scenes, theatre, festivals, museums, and mediaeval history.
