Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like a welcome pack and festive decorations, though some noted the need for maintenance and updating of decor.

The property is generally clean, but some guests mentioned areas that could benefit from more thorough cleaning, such as dust around room borders and an unemptied bin in the bathroom.

The location is central to attractions like Alton Towers, with easy parking and a quiet neighbourhood. It offers lovely views and is convenient for local facilities, making it an ideal base for various activities.

The property provides comfortable accommodation with spacious rooms and lovely views. However, some guests mentioned issues with noisy heating pipes and creaky floorboards that could affect comfort levels.

The cottage is well-equipped with a hostess trolley and a generous supply of kitchenware. However, guests reported maintenance issues such as a non-working TV, stiff doors, and outdated guest information, suggesting a need for updates.

Guests felt welcomed by thoughtful gestures like a basic welcome pack, Christmas decorations, and a bottle of wine. While these gifts are appreciated, they are personal touches by the owner and may not be a consistent offering.

Very spacious. Could do with some markings on the electric hob as we found it difficult to know what ring related to which knob and whether it was set high or low.

We felt welcome and could feel a lot of love has been through those walls. The residents of the area were friendly and welcoming also. Shops with friendly staff near by and good eateries. The views from the bedroom across Cannock Chase were serene and beautiful. Whilst having a lived in feel the house was so homely, with all appliances to make a stay pleasurable, and a lovely healing feel. Left feeling relaxed and happy. A very special place. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful place with us.
