When we have arrived the property was really dirty, no mattress protectors on the beds, no toilet brush/ cleaning, the hoover was full, mop is old style, not really cleaning but moving dirt around. We have contacted the owner and she was willing to come and clean, but we had personal reasons to not have anyone coming in. She was very responsive to all the comments, kindly brought us few extra bits we have asked and assured there will be a thorough clean after we leave. The hot tub is wonderful, back garden is comfortable and sheltered. The property needs wall paint refresh, few hooks on the doors and for the towels. But all these did not spoil our stay - make a difference when the owner is helpful and friendly.
