The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. It has not been long open and so all the fixtures and fittings are new. It is located ideally for the South Beach in Bridlington and also the town centre with all it's amenities. We had a couple of minor problems whilst there but George the owner turned up promply and sorted them out. I have given the comfort icon only a 3 but only due to to the seating which is not particularly comfortable if you are of a certain age and do not tend to go out for long periods in the evening, we discussed this with George so he is aware of this point. We only used the King sized bed which was nice a comfortable and had acres of room. Overall a lovely place to stay and we will be visiting again in the future.

The apartment was absolutely spot on & George the host was brilliant, requested if there was a iron and ironing board , as there werenât one he brought one round with in the hour , if that isnât a good host i donât know wot is , will definitely be stopping there again when we are up that way

The view was great. The service was on the ball George the owner and his son could not do enough to make our stay welcoming. Only a few things needed eg coat hooks, draft excluder. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends.
