The Old Police House in Withernsea is a charming property praised for its spaciousness, homely touches, and a variety of entertainment options including a games room and hot tub. Its proximity to the beach and local amenities adds to its appeal, making it a popular choice for families and large groups seeking a seaside retreat.

Guests have noted the property to be generally tidy upon arrival, though some have mentioned the need for a deeper clean and issues with cutlery and glassware cleanliness. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a consistent problem.

The property's location is highly regarded, being close to the beach, shops, and local attractions. The convenience of having amenities within walking distance is a significant plus point.

The property offers a warm and cosy stay with plenty of room for socialising. However, some guests have mentioned that the upstairs bedrooms can get warm and the mattresses could be more comfortable.

The property boasts a range of facilities including a hot tub, games room, and well-equipped kitchen. Some guests have suggested improvements such as additional showers for larger groups and maintenance of the hot tub jets.

Many guests have appreciated the thoughtful touches such as welcome baskets and essentials provided upon arrival. While these gifts enhance the experience, it's worth noting that such offerings may vary and are not guaranteed.

Chalkboard in games room 3. Toilet bins 4. More outside green bins for both properties 5. Needs better cleaning as we found food under sofa, freezer, down sides of beds and bathroom floors still dirty. 6. Nowhere to plug in freezer because wire wasn't big enough to plug into wall. Was nicely decorated and location was good.

Hot tub, games room and pool table were a big hit with the kids and big kids. A couple of small issues when we arrived but quickly rectified by the owner Charles. Withernsea had lots to offer, we had beautiful weather so made the most of the beach and beer garden’s. We were lucky enough to be there when there was a festival and a classic car show. East park in Hull is well worth a visit
