Filey 3 miles. This modern, end-terrace property is situated on The Bay holiday village, just three miles from the traditional seaside town of Filey. This family-friendly accommodation is ideal for enjoying the extensive on-site facilities, along with direct access to an expansive, beautiful sandy beach. There is a comfortable sitting room with a dining area and French doors opening onto a small private patio, just perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine. The separate kitchen caters for all needs and includes an icemaking machine and slow cooker, while upstairs are two bedrooms, with the double having an additional TV, a dressing area and a double wardrobe for convenience. The second bedroom has one small double and one single bed. Outside are extensive communal grounds with two lakes, barbecues and picnic areas for guests to enjoy, while the popular pub and cafe are just a five-minute walk. On the complex is a leisure centre with a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room, which guests have unlimited access to. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set affront the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of sand. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths, and ginnels.

Cottage was cosy, clean & comfortable. Good instructions for facilities. Walk in shower much better than a shower over the bath. A few of niggles, righthand side of patio doors wouldn't open. Freezer door kept falling off therefore a build up of ice. Glass cupboard door felt as though it would drop off anytime. Otherwise we were very happy with the cottage.

Lovely house with comfortable beds and settees which is absolutely vital. Only complaint - can the bottom of the 3 bed bedroom have its door planed so it doesnât catch the carpet and wake other occupants, same with bathroom door please. We plan to book again for next year.

.so comfy ...so clean and all that you need to make your stay a proper home from home ..this is the 2nd year running we've stayed here and will definitely be stay again Bed is so comfortable and there's plenty of storage space in the master bedroom We love it keep up the good work x
