Guests say

Hazelgarth House receives high praise for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort, making it ideal for large family gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen, ample dining space, and numerous bathrooms are appreciated, as are the additional features like a hot tub and games room. The property's location is convenient for exploring the East Coast, with local amenities within walking distance. Despite a few maintenance issues, the overall experience is reported to be excellent, with the property manager, Julie, commended for her helpfulness.

The majority of guests found the property to be spotless and well-maintained, with only one review mentioning shoddy parts, which seems to be an outlier. The consistent remarks on cleanliness suggest a high standard is typically met.

The property is praised for its great location, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The proximity to towns like Filey and the convenience of public transport are highlighted as positives.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of the beds and the ample space for relaxation and privacy. The presence of multiple sitting areas and the suitability for all ages contribute to the high comfort level.

Facilities like the hot tub, games room, and well-equipped kitchen are frequently commended. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as power cuts affecting the hot tub and minor bathroom door problems, leading to a slightly lower score.

While the reviews reflect positively on the property's amenities and the property manager's helpfulness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

It just keeps giving and giving when you walk through the door. Down stairs every bedroom has its own toilet and sink which was fantastic. The number of sitting areas is great and they are all comfy and welcoming. Plenty of bathrooms to share. Beds all really comfy and warm. The kitchen is very well equipt, everything we needed with a dining area with plenty of space. Plenty of parking and a lovely big garden for the kids to play in. With a hot tub which was an added bonus. We all loved it and the kids were sad to leave. We'd love to come again.
