( welcome pack was fabulous). Really enjoyed our holiday. Our greyhound didn't want to leave (so relaxed). Will definately try to book again. Best time in Whitby we have had so far. Loved it

.and can't wait to return. Only a couple of things could be improved (marginal)...never managed to get the TV to work other than on the various apps..maybe clearer instructions for muppets like me...and the parking ticket running out at 10am on leaving day meant having to move the car to enjoy a last bit of Whitby before wecwent home. That's all really (nitpicking) xx

It became nigh on impossible to watch live TV or to navigate between 3000 channels as there was 'no information'. A maintenance man attended and said he would recommend to the office that a TV engineer attend. We heard no more despite messaging the office a day after his visit. We considered this level of support to be unsatisfactory. We were thinking of the next occupants as much as ourselves.
