The couple of niggles we had were swiftly taken care of Jo was very responsive. A couple of comments I would make is that the settee needs to be larger or there needs to be a foot rest like a pouffe. The lamps at the side of the bed were unfortunately not bright enough for me to read by either brighter bulbs required or a lighter coloured shade would be perfect. However the apartment was in a lovely position and having the secure parking was a big bonus.

Well appointed with v comfy bed. Brilliant location with safe private parking, which can be difficult to find in Whitby. Extremely helpful instructions on arrival/departure. Jo was brilliant in sorting early check-in and also when I thought I might need to change dates. Cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. Can thoroughly recommend!

We have been coming to Whitby for years and we love it, The engine shed is beautiful all the apartments are super modern, spotless clean welcome pack and off road secure parking. We most definitely will be back again this year.
