Extremely clean and nicely furnished. We had a lovely time.

The house is well equipped and clean., a credit to the cleaners. However despite several comments in the visitors book dating back to 2023 the owners have not put a blackout blind or thick curtains in the main bedroom. There is a street lamp directly in front of the house and the light makes sleeping very difficult. Hence a lower mark for comfort.

The quiet location is perfect, a short stroll into town and the riverside walks literally just across the road. Would definitely recommend this excellent value cottage
