The Anglesey community of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrnd robwllllantysiliogogoch, often known by its abbreviated form of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, is the longest place name in Europe. We had a great holiday. The surrounding area is lovely with lush pasture fields and swallows flying around the house. We found plenty to do on Anglesey, and on the mainland. Thank you for the welcome biscuits and wine. About the property: We thought the long glass door to the courtyard could present a health hazard as there are no stickers on the glass to let people, or animals, know that glass is there. It was tempting to walk through it at times when it was shut. We ate most of our meals out so didn't try the oven and didn't have to heat the house, but as stated in the house information, the boiler (for hot water) could be noisy, and at times there was a fuel smell outside. I'm unsure how these things would affect those using the main bedroom. Some of us found the mattresses unsupportive, and the pillows inadequate, with only one pillow supplied per person that sunk low when weight was applied.

Excellent property and beautiful setting. We could have done with extra pillows and the window in the double bedroom leaks when it rained. Otherwise it was fabulous
