A well-appointed holiday home with exclusive use, with ample, spacious and sociable rooms, this property provides the perfect place to celebrate with the whole family or a large group of friends on a group holiday to Wales like no other. Sitting between the villages of Llandre and Bow Street, near the seaside village of Borth you will find the superb dwelling of Llety Ceiro. The chef amongst the group will be more than impressed by the staggering commercial kitchen, kitted out with a magnificent commercial range cooker, double fridge and a large freezer, as well as a sizable dishwasher, so no need to worry who will be doing the dishes! Crack open a bottle of champagne at the sitting room bar, before heading through to the dining room to delight in a fantastic family feast whilst you share your favourite moments from the holiday so far and raise a toast to quality time spent with those who matter the most. Retire to the sitting room for an evening of laughter as you play a board game or two whilst the children play Foosball happily in the cwtch. Unpack your belongings into one of the eleven bedrooms available, each of which are complete with crisp white bedding and a TV for added entertainment as well as benefiting from their own en-suite. Three of the bedrooms can be found on the ground floor and include two twins and one double with an en-suite wetroom which is wheelchair accessible and ideal for those with limited mobility. The venue was stunning, fantastic accommodation and facilities with views to die for. There was 23 of us staying of all ages and we had a fabulous time. The communal areas were really well thought out, the garden for the children was brilliant and well used even in the rain. The kitchen was so good and we managed to cook for us all with ease. Each room with an en-suite was really great as well. We will 100% be back and will highly recommend to family and friends as a fantastic place to stay.

11 adults 7 children and 1 dog spent a very happy relaxing week here.We enjoyed the views and the local pub within walking distance.We weâre very impressed with the size of the kitchen and dining area and the range of equipment available,it certainly made cooking for 18 of us easy.Thank you for such an enjoyable hassle free stay-we certainly hope to be back and would highly recommend Llety Ceiro. The accommodation is fantastic with plenty of space. The bedrooms are lovely and having en suite in all rooms is a bonus, along with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room it allows some private space when needed. We were able to cook for the group and the kitchen facilities are brilliant with everything needed to cater for lots of people. The only negative was that there was not a proper dishwasher and if using the commercial one the dishes needed washing first. We felt it would benefit from a domestic dishwasher in the property. We all had a lovely time with lots to do in the local area. There is a pub And gift/coffee shop in walking distance and a local spar. Definitely recommend the Chinese takeaway which was delicious and catered easily with our big order. Our group has stayed in lots of different properties and this is by far the best. Contact with the owner is easy and she was very accommodating with our requests. Thank you for a lovely holiday that has created so many great memories.
