A truly astonishing ground-floor apartment in the heart of Mumbles, one of the most popular towns in the Gower National Landscape. Just 1.5 miles from Langland Bay and close to Caswell Bay, the apartment is perfect for two couples or a small group of friends who like to add a touch of style to an active getaway to the coast. The apartment features a lavish lounge, a cosy kitchen/diner and an enclosed courtyard garden with sea views.

The apartment is set within a large Victorian house within an attractive maze of narrow streets surrounded by properties of a similar age and character. Its interior is simply outstanding, with each room dressed in quality soft furnishings thoughtfully arranged across hard and carpeted floors. The lounge offers multiple comfortable places to sit, including a bay window with captivating views. Down the corridor, the kitchen/diner has plenty of space for hungry friends and creative foodies, who''ll have some impressive kit at their disposal. The apartment''s two king-size bedrooms are spacious and airy, with one boasting an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is located at the rear of the apartment. Outside, guests can enjoy morning coffees, al fresco lunches and nightcaps around the table and chairs on the courtyard garden''s raised gravel patio.

Mumbles (500 metres) is a vibrant and attractive village that offers everything from shops and restaurants to a Victorian pier and a seemingly endless waterfront. Langland Bay (1.5 miles) is equally resplendent, while Caswell Bay (2 miles) is popular with sunbathers and water sports lovers. For a big day or night out, Swansea (4.5 miles) is bursting with cultural attractions, bars and restaurants.

      The accommodation was very comfortable, extremely clean and really well equipped. The location was really good for restaurants and walks. We had a great break and enjoyed visiting and walking along areas of the Gower Peninsular as well as driving across the mountains and into the valleys. Highly recommend the property.
